Shipping Info.

Murray Lighting works with top lighting manufacturers across the country, most of which have warehouses in several different states. Given the size and nature of the products in our industry, often we will ship your order directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Therefore, estimated delivery times can vary depending on where the product is stocked and shipping from. Generally, you can expect 3–7 business days for your order to arrive for products that are in stock.

Free Shipping is available on a product-specific basis. Certain brands, product types, and minimum purchase price thresholds will qualify for Free Shipping. For qualified products, you will see note of Free Shipping on its product page. 

 

Damaged Products

If you notice your products arriving in damaged boxes/packaging upon delivery, they may have been damaged in route. In this instance, please inspect the products immediately, and refuse the delivery if there is any damage to the product. If the damage is found after the fact, please retain all packaging material and paperwork and make note in the RMA Request Form – in the Additional Info. section provide as many details as possible.   

 

Returns

In the event you need to return your product(s), Murray Lighting requires each customer fill out a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request form. Please be sure your order meets the following criteria before submitting for request:

• Product has not been installed/used and remains in its original packaging.
• RMA Request submission date is no later than 30 days following the order date on Invoice.

Shipping costs for returned products will be paid for by customer - unless the reason for return was caused by an error from Murray Lighting. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees may vary from 10% - 50% of the product price.

Special orders are non-returnable. This may include, but not limited to, products with custom colors, additional features, upgrades, products not listed on our website, and made-to-order products. 

 

Defective Products

If your products are not functioning and not showing any signs of damage, there may be a manufacturer defect. Please refer to the Warranty Page and submit our Warranty Claim form.
